These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of cardealsalert.com (the "Service"), operated by Car Deals Alert ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Nature of the Service

Car Deals Alert aggregates publicly available dealership and manufacturer promotional offers and presents them in a searchable format. We are not a dealer, broker, lender, lessor, or agent for any dealer or manufacturer. The Service is an informational index only.

2. No warranty on listings

Deal information is extracted from third-party sources automatically and may be outdated, incomplete, or incorrect. Advertised prices, APRs, lease payments, incentives, and eligibility requirements are set by the dealer or manufacturer and may change at any time without notice. You must verify every term directly with the source dealer before relying on it. We make no warranty, express or implied, that any listed deal is available, accurate, or will be honored.

3. Accounts

  • You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.
  • You may not share your account or use someone else's account without permission.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service, violate these Terms, or engage in automated scraping.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the Service.
  • Circumvent rate limits or access controls.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or attack the Service.
  • Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or unlawful content.
  • Impersonate any person or dealership.

5. Intellectual property

The Service's code, design, and original content are owned by Car Deals Alert. Deal listings reference third-party marks (vehicle makes, models, dealership names); those marks are the property of their respective owners and appear here for identification only.

6. Takedown requests

Dealers or rights-holders who believe a listing misrepresents their offer, infringes their rights, or should be removed may contact [email protected] with the source URL and a description of the issue. We will review requests in good faith and act on valid ones promptly.

7. Third-party links

The Service links to external dealer and manufacturer websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT LISTINGS WILL BE ACCURATE.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAR DEALS ALERT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY LOSS RESULTING FROM RELIANCE ON LISTING INFORMATION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

10. Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated at the top of this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
